R&R Holistic came to us with a one-page concept already in hand. We were tasked with building their new, fully responsive website to match the concept. So many projects evolve over time, and R&R Holistic was a good example of that. One of the requests was to add a “Live Chat” feature, allowing them to talk directly to potential clients through the tab on their website (See “Leave a Message”). Live chatting can come directly to your phone or to a desktop computer in your office. It’s a great feature and allows customers 24-hour contact, as long as you’re logged in and monitoring! We also did quite a bit of copywriting for them on this website.
