Every new project presents new challenges to our designers and programmers. Jeff Caughren already had a website and a long-established brand, a clear vision of his targeted market, and laser beam focus of the look and aesthetics for his new website. The production side of the project, therefore, came down to recreating exactly what he wanted. No problem! The most challenging technical issue was integrating the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) 3rd party link and API and editing it to meet Jeff Caughran’s needs. Other interesting issues were setting up the live-chat feature he requested, integrating an RSS feed from CNNMoney, and then working out the bugs with the MLS API and integrating it with the top menu.
